- Children can access only the outdoor pools in the summer months In the winter months children are welcome at the SPA only with the access to the Crystal Pool 2 accompanied by their parents

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that children under the age of 16 cannot access the wellness center but only the outdoor pools during the summer season and the indoor Crystal Pool in the winter season.

Free spa access is limited to 3 hours per stay and must be booked in advance.
